8. Limitation of Liability
TiloRide is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
