How The App Works
Using the TiloRide app is simple and convenient. First, download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and create an account with your mobile number or email. Once registered, open the app and choose the service you need—Bike, Car, Truck, Parcel, Heavy Machinery, or Food Delivery. Enter your pickup and drop-off locations, and the app will show you the estimated fare and available service providers nearby. Confirm your booking, and you’ll be connected to a nearby rider or driver. You can track the vehicle in real-time, contact the driver, and make secure payments through the app. After your ride or delivery is completed, you can rate your experience to help us improve our service.

Tap “Continue with mobile number” and enter your mobile number.
Enter the 4-digit code sent to your number

Enter your full name and book your ride
Step 2: Book Taxi
On TiloRide App home page tap on “Book Taxi”
Step 3: Enter drop-off and pick-up locations
Type pick-up point on “From box”
Go to the “Where to? box and enter your destination.
The map shows where you are. If correct, hit the “confirm pick-up” button.
Save your most frequented locations(Work, home, etc.) for faster booking!
Step 4: Choose your service option and ride.
Swipe and scroll up and down to find the service option and the ride that fits your needs and style
Choose your payment options /
No cash. Check fare estimates, then tap the “Go” button.
Track your ride in real time: Drivers’ profiles will be displayed on the app with all details (Name, photo and car’s license plate number)
Get updates about their location as they make their way to you
